tbaje Terms and Conditions – Know Your Rights

1 Introduction

Welcome to tbaje. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and tbaje ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing the tbaje website, downloading the tbaje Android app, registering an account, or placing any bet on the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.

tbaje is an online gaming platform designed specifically for players in Bangladesh. 2 Eligibility

• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a tbaje employee or contractor.

tbaje reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If a player is found to be under 18, their account will be immediately closed, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposited funds will be returned to the original payment method after verification.

3 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold only one tbaje account. Duplicate accounts — whether created intentionally or accidentally — are a breach of these Terms. If tbaje identifies duplicate accounts linked to the same person, device, IP address, or payment method, all duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances or bonuses associated with them may be forfeited.

When registering a tbaje account, you must provide accurate and complete information. This includes your full name, date of birth, email address, and phone number. You must keep this information up to date. tbaje may request supporting documentation to verify the information you have provided at any time, including but not limited to a national ID, passport, or utility bill.

Your tbaje account is personal to you. You must not allow any other person to access or use your account. You are fully responsible for all activity that takes place under your account credentials.

4 Deposits

tbaje accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. These are the only payment methods currently supported. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit, though tbaje reserves the right to apply limits to individual accounts where necessary.

Deposits are credited to your tbaje account balance in real time under normal conditions. If a deposit does not appear in your account within 15 minutes, please contact tbaje support via live chat or email at [email protected] with your transaction reference number.

• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Third-party deposits — where the payment account belongs to someone other than the tbaje account holder — are not permitted.
• tbaje does not charge a fee for standard deposits. Any fees charged by your mobile money provider are outside tbaje's control.
• tbaje reserves the right to reverse a deposit if it is found to have been made fraudulently or in breach of these Terms.

5 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount on tbaje is ৳200. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the player's most recent deposit. tbaje does not support withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not previously used for a deposit.

Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within a few hours under normal operating conditions. During periods of high volume or where additional verification is required, processing may take longer. tbaje will notify you if your withdrawal requires additional review.

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.
• tbaje reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals will not be processed to accounts where the identity of the account holder has not been confirmed.
• tbaje does not charge a fee for standard withdrawals. Mobile money provider fees, if any, are outside tbaje's control.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

tbaje offers a welcome bonus to new players on their first deposit, as well as ongoing reload bonuses and cashback promotions for existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated on the relevant offer page, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, and expiry dates.

General bonus rules that apply across all tbaje promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household, and per device.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tbaje platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Exploiting software bugs or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

tbaje reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to provide requested identity verification documents.
• At the player's own request, including for responsible gaming reasons.
• Where tbaje is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory requirement.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, tbaje will notify the player and provide a timeline for resolution where possible. If an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any bonus funds will be forfeited. Real money balances will be returned to the player after deducting any amounts owed to tbaje, subject to verification.
